Refunds and Returns

I try to describe the items in my shop accurately as possible, however as each piece is individually handmade, there may be slight differences to the images/descriptions.

If you are unsatisfied with your item or you have just changed your mind , please let me know immediately. If you decide a piece is not for you, you can return it for a full refund, however you will have to pay for the return postage.

The work must be returned is in its original condition and sent to me within 14 days of receipt, in order for me to arrange a refund.

If you find when you receive the goods that they are damaged, please let me know immediately . If possible, take photographs of the damaged item and I will either refund all costs or offer a near equivalent.

All sales are handled by PayPal, no personal information is stored by Sue Mundy Ceramics. Your details will not be used for any purposes.
